Brenda Kirkpatrick
Birth Assistant / Midwife Apprentice / Doula
A Labor Doula and Birth Assistant, as well as a mom of three—two girls and a little boy—and I homeschool two of my children. I was born and raised in Mexico and moved to the United States at 16. Since then, Las Vegas has truly become my home away from home.
My passion for birth work and midwifery began during my first pregnancy, when I found myself longing for maternity care that felt more personal, respectful, and centered around the mother and her family. My own birth experiences—including two cesarean births and a healing VBAC—have given me a deep appreciation for compassionate, individualized care and the importance of feeling supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
As a Labor Doula and Birth Assistant, it brings me so much joy to support families during such a transformative time in their lives. It is an honor to provide encouragement, comfort, and compassionate care as families welcome new life into the world.

Melly Anderson
Doula / Photographer
A Labor Doula & Photographer. I am also a mom to 6 girls! A love for birth photography and doula services comes from the same heartbeat: witnessing the raw, unfiltered power of bringing new life into the world.
Birth isn’t a medical event — it’s a story, a transformation, a threshold moment where strength, vulnerability, and love collide. Bringing a baby into the world is one of life’s most powerful transformations — a moment where strength, vulnerability, love, and legacy meet. My work exists to honor that moment. I have had 6 daughters, 5 very different births (last were twins)! I know what good support does and how bad support can affect a birth experience. I am here to help you have the most heartfelt birth you are dreaming of.
Through birth photography and doula support, I offer families a blend of presence, care, and storytelling that preserves the beauty of birth while supporting the people experiencing it. My heart as a doula is always to help dad be a strong presence and support for mama. The goal is to help you two bond in a deep way as you bring your sweet baby into the world. My clients are so dear to me!

Teresa Lacson
Doula / CLC
Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), Doula, and mom of five, with a passion for supporting mothers and families through pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding.
My journey into maternal and infant care began with 15 years of volunteering at a local crisis pregnancy center. During that time, I saw firsthand how education, encouragement, and compassionate support can make a meaningful difference in a mother’s birth and breastfeeding experience. That passion ultimately led me to pursue formal training as a doula and Certified Lactation Counselor.
I completed my lactation training through the nationally recognized Healthy Children Project Center for Breastfeeding, and I love helping mothers navigate breastfeeding challenges with practical guidance, reassurance, and individualized support.
I’m honored to be part of the Blooming Baybees team, where I have the opportunity to educate, empower, and support families as they welcome and nourish their newest little ones.
